About Arielle Larmondra
I’m a wife, a mother of three, and a lifelong student of health and healing. My work is deeply personal — not just something I teach, but something I live every day with my own family. Every tool, test, and strategy I share with clients is something I’ve used within my own home to guide our family toward better health, resilience, and vitality.
My path into wellness began through a love of human physiology and preventive medicine. I studied pre-med at the University at Buffalo, but soon realized I was more drawn to helping people stay well rather than simply treating disease once it appeared. That realization led me to pursue advanced degrees and certifications in Functional Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, and Bioenergetics, allowing me to bridge science with a truly personalized, whole-body approach to care.
My passion for this work is also fueled by my own health story. I’ve faced — and overcome — challenges including infertility, PCOS, cancer, and neurological conditions. Each experience deepened my understanding that healing is not linear, and that finding the why behind symptoms can transform lives.
As the saying goes, “The healed becomes the healer.” That has become the heart of my work.
Before my journey in functional medicine, I was a Division I and professional soccer player — an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of listening to the body. Today, I bring that same mindset to every client I work with.
For over 14 years, I’ve been helping clients uncover the root causes behind their symptoms through personalized testing, data-driven analysis, and targeted lifestyle strategies. My goal is to make functional medicine both effective and accessible, so that lasting change doesn’t have to come with an impossible price tag.
At my core, I’m here to help you connect the dots, understand your body, and take back control of your health — one personalized step at a time.

My role is to help you listen.”
